Sean Foley, Core Golf's PGA Tour Coach, is a glass half-full kind of guy most of the time, but it's positively overflowing these days.
Not only did his client Hunter Mahan win the recent WM Phoenix Open, but he also appeared in a four-page golf instruction article in Golf Digest. Click here for the story. Foley is also featured in a profile on The A Position website.
Dr. Craig Davies, Core's Director of Fitness and Nutrition, collaborated with Sean on the Golf Digest article and Mahan is also his client. Congrats to both Sean and Craig!
Our students are doing well too! Core student Ben Murray was runner-up in the Saddlebrook Open, a Future Collegians World Tour event, on the weekend for another great finish. The Toronto native fired 73-71 for a four-over par total to finish one back of Nicholas Torrance of East Lyme, Connecticut.
In six FCTW events, Ben has finished in the Top 5 five times, including a victory last month.
Core's Evan LIttlefield of Thunder Bay, Ontario was sixth with a 149 total, while Sam Jackson of Cambridge, Ontario was 23rd. Jeff Hunter of Thunder Bay was T27.
